SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Times
- Europe: Approximately 7 business days
- Rest of the world: Up to 20 business days
- Holidays: Shipping times may vary during holiday seasons.

Order Processing
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST are processed the following business day.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on Fridays are processed the following Monday.
- Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding scheduled closures.
- We do not process, ship, or deliver orders on weekends.

Closures & Maintenance
- Our fulfillment center will be closed intermittently between January 25th – February 1st for system maintenance.
- Orders placed after 10:00 AM PST on January 25th will be shipped on February 1st.

Shipping Notifications & Tracking
- You’ll receive an email once your order ships.
- Please allow 3–5 business days (excluding closures) for tracking updates.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. All crystals are natural products—they may contain natural cracks, inclusions, or other unique features that do not qualify as damage. However, if you’re ever unhappy with your purchase for any reason, we’re here to help and will gladly process a refund or exchange. We care about you!
Return Window
- You have 30 days from the purchase date to initiate a return.
- If more than 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unused and in original condition.
- Items must be in unopened, original packaging.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers)
- Fragile/unique items or heavy items over 12 kg
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Proof of Purchase
- Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with any return.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
We may grant partial refunds for items that are opened, damaged (unrelated to natural features), or missing parts not due to our error. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery may also qualify for only a partial refund.

Inspection & Approval
- Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it and send an email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, we’ll process the refund and credit your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund, please check your bank or credit card statement.
- Sometimes processing may take additional time; contact your credit card company or bank if needed.

Sale Items
- Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
- We replace items if they’re defective or damaged in a way not related to their natural features.
- To exchange an item, email CrystalsEU@Gmail.com, then send it to:

GIFTS
- If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit once the returned item is received.
- If the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, we’ll send the refund to them upon return.
RETURN SHIPPING
- To return your product, mail it to:

- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
- Delivery times for exchanges may vary based on your location.
